I am passionate about youth development and creating spaces where young people feel supported, heard, and empowered. Through my involvement in Scouting, outdoor education, and project support roles, I have learned the value of teamwork, responsibility, and learning by doing.

I enjoy working behind the scenes as much as I do working directly with people, organising systems, supporting programmes, and helping projects run smoothly. I am motivated by purpose-driven work and thrive in environments that value growth, collaboration, and positive impact.
